Sreyamsa Bairiganjan has been working in the energy and climate finance field for 15 years. He is currently a Senior Energy Expert at the World Bank. His role in different global energy projects has offered him opportunities for fostering inclusive growth. His experience extends across leading investment projects and pipelines, contributing to think tanks, conducting research, and supporting entrepreneurs. The World Bank has recognized Srey's work twice with the "Above and Beyond" award and has also honored him with the notable VP award.

An avid reader, he is continually seeking out new places and experiences. He shares his life journey with his best friend from his batch (Shweta), now his spouse, with whom he has a 9-year-old adventure enthusiast.
