Rishi has 15 Years experience in Agro-Commodity, Supply Chain & HR post IIFM while he worked for Olam International in Mozambique and Aron Global. 

He has taken a break since January 2022 after 15 years of very busy work life, just to catch on few missing things in life, pursue his hobbies, read and travel and then decide the way ahead. 
He is also engaged with IIFM for almost a decade now as mentor for students and does their Placement and Organizational Training(SI & Project work) outreach with Organizations.
