Pragya Pandey is a registered pharmacist who holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Banasthali Vidyapith. She is currently pursuing her Post Graduate Diploma in Forest Management (PGDFM) at the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal.

Her keen interest in forest sustainability and environmental systems guided her transition into the field of forest management. During her summer internship at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), she worked on the project "Building Climate Resilient Health Systems" in collaboration with Health Care Without Harm (HCWH). As part of this project, she conducted greenhouse gas (GHG) emission assessments at healthcare facilities and developed recommendations to help hospitals reduce their carbon and ecological footprints.

Through this hands-on experience, Pragya has gained a deeper understanding of the critical linkages between climate change, healthcare, and sustainable development.
